SHIPPING POLICY
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method of parcel mail. For example, if you order a pair of shoes, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and them 3 business days of shipping time and 10-20 business days of postal service time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 16-30 business days.

When can I receive package after payment? Processing time: After we receive your order, we conduct quality control checks and testing in order to ensure the products quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 1-3 days; however, it can also be affected by the items stock status. Delivery time can take 1-2 weeks on average. In some cases, there are some factors affecting the delivery time.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for store credit or an exchange. Unworn and undamaged merchandise may be returned in its original package within 14 days of the delivery date. The original invoice must accompany the return along with return form that came with your order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to KT Collections. We will ship your replacement items at no additional cost to you. Ship the package back to us using: UPS, USPS, FED-EX, and be sure to insure the package for the value of items enclosed. We are not responsible for lost items, so be sure to get a tracking number. Store credits are processed within 3-7 days upon receiving the merchandise.
